Preparation Technology Of Regenerated Cellulose Fiber With High Efficiency And Low Consumption Scale

In December 4th, the mid-term inspection work of the national key research and development plan of the China General Technology Group, China Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., "regenerative cellulose fiber high efficiency and low consumption scale preparation technology" project will be held in Beijing.

The conference was organized by the Ministry of science and technology's high technology research and development center, the project responsibility expert, the peer expert and the management expert 7 experts, and the 14 participants from the China Textile Science Research Institute Limited, Xinxiang chemical fiber Limited by Share Ltd, and Fu Li Da Group Holdings Limited, the project leader, the project leader and the backbone of the technology, attended by over 40 people. At the meeting, Sun Yushan, the project leader of "high efficiency, low consumption and large-scale production technology of regenerated cellulose fiber", reported the mid term performance report of the project. The expert group watched the live video of 4 typical demonstration lines, such as 10000 tons of scale Lyocell fiber, high efficiency and low consumption industrialization, and reviewed relevant proof materials. After questioning and discussion, the expert group agreed that the project team carried out relevant research around the research contents, completed the mid-term research tasks, and achieved the expected targets and assessment targets.

Over the past two years since the implementation of the project "high efficiency, low consumption and large scale production technology of regenerated cellulose fiber", under the management and coordination of the high technology research and development center of the Ministry of science and technology and the unified organization and implementation of the project lead units, the integrated technology of continuous pulp mixing and swelling and activation has been developed around the problems faced by the development of the regenerated cellulose fiber industry in China. The continuous membrane evaporation and dehydration and defoaming integrated technology, continuous high-volume dry jet wet spinning and high efficiency solidification technology, high efficiency and low consumption solvent recovery technology, differential regeneration cellulose fiber high efficiency preparation and clean production technology have been established, and related demonstration lines and standard systems have been established.

Bian Shuguang, deputy director of the hi tech research and development center of the Ministry of science and technology, affirmed the achievements made by the project team. He said: "regenerated cellulose fiber is an important development direction of the textile industry, and is also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of the industry. The overall design layout of the project is reasonable, from basic research to Lyocell fiber scale, clean production, and then to the differential fiber after the road, as well as the application demonstration and promotion work around clothing, home textiles, clothing and nonwovens in three directions. It is very complete. Since then, Bian Shuguang has made three suggestions for the next step in the implementation of the project. First, we should further implement the "whole chain innovative design and integrated organization and implementation" mode, deepen the innovation and integration system of enterprises and research institutes, break the idea of implementing management according to the topic, carry out work around the layout of the project itself; two, form a complete technical index system, increase the benchmarking analysis with the international level and the advanced level of the country, including the embodiment of high efficiency and low consumption in the contrast data and the benchmarking analysis of fiber application performance indicators; three, through the implementation of the project, we should enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and cultivate the "one way champion" in the subdivision area, and support the development of the industry. Finally, Bian said that he hoped that the project team and the expert group and the special office could continue to work together and join forces in tackling difficulties, so that the project could go to a new level on the existing basis and provide solid support for China's transformation from material power to material power.
