Fuzhou Garment Association Organizes The Third Batch Of Learning And Practicing Scientific Outlook On Development Activities
In late October, the Fuzhou clothing association held the third batch of in-depth research and practice Scientific Outlook on Development mobilization conference.
Timely convey the third batch of central, provincial, municipal and county committees' in-depth arrangements for the study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities, and mobilize and deploy the Institute's in-depth learning and practice activities respectively, marking the third batch of in-depth learning and practicing Scientific Outlook on Development activities in the industry.
The activities were attended by members and all members of the association's leading group. The time began in late September 2009 and basically completed in February 2010. The study was divided into three stages: study, analysis, inspection and implementation.
More than 10 members of the association's leading bodies and Party members participated in the mobilization meeting.
At the meeting, the president of the Fuzhou clothing association put forward four requirements for the third batch of learning and practice activities.
First, we must unify our thinking, raise our understanding and enhance our sense of responsibility and urgency for the third batch of learning and practicing activities.
To carry out in-depth study and practice of Scientific Outlook on Development activities is a major strategic plan made by the 17th CPC National Congress. It is an urgent need to arm Party members and cadres with the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; it is a goal for enterprises to unify their ideological understanding and grasp the direction of reform and development; it is a driving force for the scientific development of enterprises; it is a realistic need to deal with the current severe challenges and seize opportunities for development; it is an urgent requirement for strengthening the party building and team building of enterprises; it is a major political task in economic work.
Two, we should clarify tasks, focus on actual effects, grasp principles and carry out learning and practice activities.
Accurately grasp the guiding ideology, general requirements and objective requirements of learning and practice activities.
Focusing on the general requirements of "Party member cadres' education, scientific development level and people's opinions", we should adhere to the theme of "scientific development, four seeking first" activities and the practical carrier of "Fuzhou and the West should go ahead", and strive to achieve the goal of "improving ideological understanding, solving outstanding problems, strengthening grass-roots organizations and promoting scientific development", effectively promoting the party building and self building of new social organizations, and playing an active role in the construction of Haixi.
Three, we must accurately grasp the timing and methods of learning and practice activities, and scientifically arrange all stages of learning and practice activities:
According to the unified arrangement of the municipal Party committee, the total time to participate in the third batch of study and practice activities is six months, that is, from the end of September 2009 to the end of February 2010.
The whole learning and practice activities are divided into 3 stages.
The first stage: learning research.
From early October to mid November.
Three main tasks are to mobilize the general assembly, organize study and conduct research visits.
The second stage: analysis and investigation.
From late November to mid December.
We should focus on three tasks: finding out the outstanding problems, holding the special organization life meeting, and writing analysis and inspection reports.
The third stage: rectification and implementation.
From late December 2009 to late January 2010.
We should focus on the two tasks of formulating the rectification and implementation plan and solving the outstanding problems.
Four, we should strengthen leadership and guidance in learning and practicing activities.
The guiding ideology, objectives, tasks and work requirements of the third batch of learning and practice activities have been clearly defined, and the key is to firmly implement them.
First, we must strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, make overall plans and make scientific arrangements. Two, we should strengthen the inspection and guidance, make classification guidance and focus on it. Three, we should strengthen publicity and guidance and create a good atmosphere of public opinion.
